During Oleg’s physics and mathematics studies in university, Oleg got interested in both strongly typed languages and beautiful theories, and eventually discovered Haskell. After some years in the web-industry, building some widely used services using other technologies, Oleg decided to become full-time Haskeller in 2015.
In a short time Oleg got involved in many community projects. He authored or become a (co-)maintaner of over 100 packages on Hackage and participates in the development of dozens more. He wants to refute the myth of Haskell library ecosystem not being mature enough.
